Sangria is one of my favorite drinks and can be customized based on the season! Inspired by my trip to Lyman Orchards this past weekend, I wanted to make a fall version of sangria using apple cider! This seasonal sangria recipe is perfect for the warm fall season that we’ve been having here in New England. It’s also the perfect drink to serve at any fall event. See recipe below and enjoy!
Apple Cider Sangria
1 Bottle of Pinot Grigio
2 ½ Cups of Apple Cider
1 Cup of Sparkling Cider or Club Soda
½ Cup of Brandy (You can also use flavored brandy, such as ginger)
3 Apples, chopped
3 Pears, chopped (optional)
- Combine all ingredients in a pitcher or drink dispenser.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Serve over ice and top with sliced fruit.
